Entry And AlarmsMany of our customers entrust us with their key for reliable entry.
Please know that your key will never be identified by name or address. Should you choose to leave your door unlocked for our team, upon completion it will be locked and they will leave through the garage. We do not leave front doors unlocked If you would like us to use your alarm system, all we need are instructions for arming and disarming. |
Dusting and AccidentsPlease allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, especially on blinds and shutters. We try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
We are very careful when we handle your blinds but if there is excessive build-up we can not guarantee the results. While we make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. We will let you know when it happens and should you find an item that you would like to comment on please do so within 24 hours. . |
Arrival WindowWhether you are there to let us in or you give us a flexible entry arrangement, our arrival window is usually within 30 minutes either way of the scheduled time.
Many factors come in to play that can alter your arrival time that are beyond our control. Because of this we ask your forbearance so we can clean your home in the most economical manner. |
Shoe RequirementsShoes are required to be worn
in the house to avoid the risk of injury and to be able to clean your home properly. Booties are slippery and can be a risk factor for falling. We do make sure the teams clean their shoes before entering a home. |
