1. Do I need to do anything before you come to my home?
In order to help us work efficiently, we ask that you pick up as much as possible.
This allows us to spend our time most effectively while cleaning your home.
2. Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
We bring everything needed to do the job, however, if you have a special product
you prefer we use when cleaning your home we’ll be happy to use it!

3. Does the same person come each time?
We always send the same person as they know you and your home best.
4. Do I have to sign a contract?
Homeowners never have to sign a contract and you are never committed
to continue service beyond the initial visit.
5. How do you price your services? Do you come to my home or
can you give me a price over the phone?
We price or service based on your unique cleaning requirements, the number of rooms in your home,
number of residents and furry friends, and other factors that affect the amount of time it takes to clean
your home. Every two homes are never alike.
During our in-home estimate, we’ll discuss your cleaning requirements, develop a customized plan,
and provide you a price based on your specific needs.
If you want an approximate rate by phone please call us and let us know your needs.
6. How will I provide you with entry to my home?
You may leave a hidden key, you may give us a key for the term of you service, you may be home
to allow access or you may give us an entry code.
7. How do I make payments?
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, Venmo and PayPal as payment for our services.
Please note that payment is due when services are rendered.
You are welcome to leave your cash or check payable to:

If you are not home, payment can be left on the
kitchen counter in the envelopes
with the company logo that I provide.
If you wish to pay using a credit card,
please contact Helen and she will assist you.
8. How are you with animals?
Our homes have all different kinds of animals that we are comfortable with.
We only need to know if there are special circumstances we should be aware
of when dealing with your pets. If you should have aggressive dogs,
for our safety they must be kept separate.
9. Which is the best way to get in touch with you?
I believe that every call, text, chat, email or message is important and should be returned as soon as possible.
